It All Started Nov 2012...
While working for a charitable company, I started making cakes and cupcakes for friends, family and co-workers.
One day at work, the CFO asked me to make retirement cake for his assistant. My cake design, flavor was admired by all staff and everyone wanted to take pictures. This became the beginning of a new venture and business.
Growing up my mother was a professional Baker and Pastry Chef. When I was young, I would enjoy watching her bake where I learned a lot from her. My mother worked long hours and I never thought I would eventually follow in her footsteps.
I’m currently a full-time mom with a full-time job and I bake part time.
I once owned my own micro-brewery; as such helped me be well aware of the rules and regulations around food safety in the industry and implement these to my baking practices
I went to school for fashion arts & design as such this would explain the creativity and artistic passion that you will find in the cakes I make. All latest cake creations are posted on Instagram.
